Finally, it has arrived! A 2 ½ – 2 ⅝ Inch chambered (67 MM) shotshell designed for early American, British, European and other vintage guns, as well as those seeking a softer shooting 16 gauge load. This low pressure (6600 PSI), 1140 feet per second shell is still plenty powerful to bring down feathered and furred game at medium to long distances, as it is loaded with a full 1 ounce of Armusa’s top of the line, ultra-hard 6% antimony magnum shot. This is also a great choice for competition and clay target shooting, as the premium shot is the same as utilized in Armusa’s Competition Series.

These are absolutely wonderful shells. I used them over the weekend at an event and I was a bit worried about the recoil in my 6 lb SxS but they were soft shooting and they crushed the targets. Keep these loads coming.

I got to the patterning board this week and the am patterned exactly as I would have believed a .007 right barrel and a .017 would. This is the second batch of 2 1/2” ammo I have patterned. 12 and 16 have performed perfectly!

Bought these 16 ga. shells to use in a 2 9/16″ chambered Westley Richards double from 1928. Shot them at my clays club yesterday and was very pleased with them all the way around; slight recoil, and smoked the targets.

Purchased primarily for use in vintage doubles for quail hunting. NEVER any problems. No misfires, pattern well, shoot clean. Would highly recommend, and appreciate that they are readily available. Great customer service as well.
